Spaghetti Espressi

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 350 gr. Of spaghetti LO CONTE
  • N.4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil LO CONTE
  • N.1 garlic clove
  • N.6 fillets of anchovies in oil LO CONTE
  • N.10 fillets of dried tomatoes in oil LO CONTE
  • N.10 capers under Pantelleria salt
  • N.4 fresh basil leaves
  • Pepperoni 

Sprinkle for a minute a clove of garlic with 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil LO CONTE. Add 6 fillets of anchovies, 10 fillets of dried tomatoes in oil, diced 10 capers of Pantelleria (to be desalted) and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.

Meanwhile bake 350 gr. of spaghetti LO CONTE. Drain them to the tooth and let them fry in the pan for 2 minutes. Add 4 hand-chopped basil leaves and chili pepper to taste.

This recipe can be changed by adding shelled clams.
